1. The
BCM is sold subject to the understanding that if any defect
in manufacture or material shall appear within 6 months
from date of purchase. The warranty will only be effective
if we receive your register card or the product is registered
at (link of Registration) within 7 days of purchase.
2. If system failure happens, please inform us details
by fax or email and we will issue ¡§Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA)¡¨. Customers should return the defected
product and the copy of the RMA to us by mail.
3. After warranty period, we can check the defected product
free of charge. However, customers should be responsible
for the charge of component replacement.
4. Transportation fee:
- HK customers:
(a) Within warranty period, customers are responsible
for the transportation fee for delivering the defected
product to our company. On the other hand, we will be
responsible for the transportation fee when returning
to customers.
(b) After warranty period, customers are responsible for
all transportation charge.
- Overseas customers:
No matter within or after warranty period, customers are
responsible for all transportation charge.
5. We will arrange for defect to be rectified without
charge provided that:
- The product is registered or customers can provide invoice
and receipt for evidence.
- The defect is not due to use of product contrary to
operating instructions, accidental damage, misuse, neglect,
inexpert repair or incorrect installation.
- The model no. or serial no. marked on the machine cannot
be recognized.
