Description:
The TM8701 is a 4-bit microcomputer based Remote Controller with Infra-Red LED deiver. It contains all the necessary functions, such as 4-bit parallel processing ALU, ROM, RAM, I/O ports, timer, clock generator, watchdog timer and key matrix scanning in a signal chip.
