Description:
a) The EV0108 adopts a CMOS power driver integrated circuit, shelf-oscillation with both high and low side output channels rectangle pulse generator, clock generator and dead time control circuit, power driver output circuit and so on.
b) The internal micro power dissipation clock generator, the oscillation cycle and bias of IC can be adjusted by external connection resistors and capacities, the ancillary circuit can meet the demand of different kinds of fluorescent lamps¡¦ function.
c) Preheat function can control filament preheat time before startup. Preheat time can be adjusted by the external connection resistor and capacitor of PIN 12.
d) Protected function: By adjusting voltage and current of circuit to keep IC under 2V and IC stop surging to protect circuit.
e) Dead time can be adjusted by the external connection resistor between PIN11 and PIN13, adjustable dead time between 0.8us to 4us. If short circuit, dead time is 0.8us;
f) High and low side signal of the circuit adopts differential signal with both channels, coupling with 56p/500v capacity.
